If you’re navigating the physical and emotional changes of menopause, you deserve movement that supports your body – not works against it. My training focuses on bone health, muscle strength, balance, and energy so you can feel confident and in control during this stage of life.
Seniors and Aging Adults
If staying active, independent, and steady on your feet matters to you, this space is for you. My programs prioritize functional strength, balance, and real life movement so you can continue doing the things you love with confidence and ease.
