Hi, I’m Grace.

I created Aging With Grace because I believe strength is one of the greatest gifts we can give our future selves.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with my degree in Human Development, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) and began my career working in senior fitness and wellness. I’ve seen firsthand how the right kind of training – intentional, progressive, and grounded in real life movement – can restore confidence, improve balance, and help people stay independent.

I believe in programming that builds strength to support your daily life, no matter what season you are in. Strength to safely get up and down from the floor. Strength to carry groceries and grandbabies. Strength to travel and explore. Strength to age with dignity and confidence.

I am passionate about meeting you wherever you are in your journey and helping you grow into your strongest self. I strive to create workouts with clear instruction, safe progressions, and encourage you every step of the way.
